Christiana is the CEO of MaxBreth. She oversees the general management of the company’s day-to-day operations and has the overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of  the organization. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the organization, including Research, Communications, Knowledge Management and Capacity Building.

Christiana is a seasoned, Research, Communications and Knowledge Management expert. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University United Kingdom, with a focus in Market Research, Strategic Management and Management Consulting. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the Federal University of Technology Minna. Having worked in various sectors for over 15 years; at reputable organizations including SKY UK, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Bank of Agriculture (BOA), NOIPolls, Mercy Corps, and USAID NEI Plus, she has garnered professional experience in  Research, Public Opinion Polling, Strategic Communications, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Client Management, Administration, Capacity Building, Leadership and Team Management. She has personal interest in the development of Nigeria and Africa through Social Behavioral Change. She is also interested in advocacy for gender equality, women empowerment for sustainable development and women mentoring.

Mr. Samaila Matankari currently serves as the Head of Finance for MaxBreth Research Institute. He is an Accountant & Financial Analyst with expertise and experience in qualitative & quantitative research methods as well as data collection & analysis of diverse data types from difficult and remote terrains. Mr. Matankari was previously engaged as a Data Manager with Health, Finance & Governance (HFG-USAID) for a Resource Tracking Project in Sokoto State in Northern Nigeria, which required the survey, gathering, collation and analysis of large amounts of primary & secondary data on health expenditure over an extensive period from more than 150 public health institutions and support groups across the 23 LGA’s in the state. 

Mr. Matankari is academically noted for his research at the Northampton Business School (University of Northampton UK) on the nature & extent of the impact social media has on corporate social responsibility, wherein he successfully developed a proprietary framework for analyzing CSR data on KLM Airlines collected from social media chatter. His technical skills include trend analysis, information management, strategic market research, ratio analysis, survey design & implementation, project management, financial management, change & stakeholder management, systems administration, digital marketing, web development and Prezi Design to deliver cutting edge data presentations.

Matankari holds two separate Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management from the Usmanu Danfodiyo University (Sokoto) and the University of Northampton (United Kingdom) respectively, as well as an M.Sc in Financial Analysis from the Northampton Business School at the University of Northampton (United Kingdom). He is a Google Certified Digital Strategist and Microsoft Certified Professional.

Mr. Emmanuel Ogbe holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Project management. He has over 15 years of progressive experience in leadership, business management, operations, logistics, marketing, and sales; spanning various organizations and projects in the private sector and NGO space including a USAID project implemented by EngenderHealth.

At Maxbreth, Emmanuel is the Chief Operating Officer. He is Responsible for managing all operational aspects of the company. He oversees the design and implementation of business operations and policies that promote company culture and vision. He is also responsible for driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction while assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.

He collaborates and works with clients, stakeholders, and project partners in government agencies, media private organizations, NGOs, and the general public on various development and business issues while managing project deliverables.

Dr. Tony Ikpasaja is a seasoned journalist, communication specialist, research expert and social analyst.

With over 20 years of working experience in public and private establishments, Dr. Ikpasaja is renowned for successfully historicizing new pre-colonial road developments and migration issues, which have opened new vistas into the socio-economic nature of early Africans. He has contributed immensely to the development of media and knowledge management in Nigeria.

Prior to his appointment as consultant, Dr. Ikpasaja has variously deployed his rich knowledge in research and knowledge management to both government and private sector institutions across the globe. He obtained his PhD in Economic History and Infrastructure development from the University of Abuja in Nigeria.

In recent years, Dr. Ikpasaja has become a recurring voice in social researches for media groups, government agencies, private organizations, individuals and others. He has also been commended for his outstanding work by many academics and groups.

Dr. Ugoma Ezeani is a Public Health Educator. She previously served at the Federal Ministry of Environment, Abeokuta, Ogun state as a research assistant. She has had different kinds of career with over 5 years of professional experience stretching across counselling, scientific research, health promotion and academia. She trained as a public health educator from the University of Nigeria. She is one of the Nigeria’s experts in survey research.

Shortly before becoming a public health educator, Dr. Ugoma served as a research fellow at Des Roi Foundation, Awka, Anambra State. A foundation that conducted research on HIVandAIDS, created awareness on the menace while providing counselling services for people living with AIDS (PLWA). She was a teacher at Shalom Academy Nsukka.

Over the years, Dr. Ugoma has conducted and published good number of research work on public health problems. She is adept at sharing knowledge with varying audiences and has demonstrated this through research papers and seminars that she presented over the years. Ugoma earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. M.Ed. Public Health Education (UNN), and Ph.D Public Health Education (UNN).
